360 GSS was approached by a renowned new build residential developer to take over a project involving the design, supply, and installation of 117 cantilevered balconies across three separate sites.
The project, which was critical to the aesthetic and functional appeal of the residential complex, had previously suffered delays and quality issues under a different supplier.
Our objective was to not only meet the stringent deadlines, but also to deliver superior quality that would restore the developer’s confidence in the overall project.
